ACAP: Every year 100 million sharks are slaughtered by pretentiousness
Balendu | Feb 6 2007

This is an effective and very compelling advertisement launched by the Active Conservation Awareness Program of Wildaid. The advertisement was launched with a view to create awareness for the conservation of wildlife and environment. The ad is showing a restaurant along with its bloodstained stairs. The name of the restaurant is ‘King of Shark’s Fins’, and the kind of cuisine it provides is quite explicit.

Interestingly, the stairs of the restaurant are shown bloodstained in order to focus what the restaurant and people do here, killing Sharks. The presentation of the advertisement is extremely good along with a very refreshing idea that portrayed the message excellently.

The copy of the ad reads, ‘Every year, more than 100 million sharks are slaughtered by pretentiousness’. The ad was created by JWT Shanghai.
