Now, this billboard display has offended some conservative Jews of Brooklyn. It is a typical advertisement of teen drama ‘90210′ showing some girls and boys lounging together in a pool. The issue is not their costumes. It seems the very concept of boys and girls lounging together in pool goes against Hasidic Jewish laws. And also the location of billboard is such that the community can’t avoid seeing it!

What a tough job if advertisers have to meet demands of all communities! But they know how to handle such complaints. They have simply turned a deaf ear. Creating controversy is another good tactic to increase curiosity and visibility!
