With numerous anti-smoking posters and ads around, you will agree that no anti-smoking ad can be as thought provoking as this one brought out by the Cancer Patients Aid Association. It has no pictures or frills, but just plain text, twisted a bit from what we are normally accustomed to read. We are familiar with slogans like ‘Smoking causes cancer’ but ‘Cancer cures smoking’ is mocking and sarcastic, and can provoke even the most die-hard smokers to think twice before they light up.

Wow, this is a different route...surprised me but made me read on. I suppose that’s what they want.
Hmm I still don’t see it as hard hitting because many smokers out there still take the chance everytime they light up, no matter what signs they get from non smokers and the results of dead smokers. I guess they live on the rule of thumb that ”smoking does not cause cancer” since there is really no proof to link smoking directly to Cancer. They could always use a loop hole and say that something else caused their death or what not. Denial is what it’s called.
