Search giant Google prefers to remain shut on the question whether its experiment into graphical display advertising has been a failure. However, Google is refraining coming to the question, only directly saying that the efforts are still in testing mode.



Google has been experimenting with graphical advertising since two years on the associated web sites, rather than doing it on its search pages. Recently, it has introduced ‘click to play’ video advertising.



Google also sidestepped to answer on the ad sales as well saying it is against company’s policy to comment on future financial out look. While Google earns through ‘pay per click’, Yahoo is dominating advertisement via posting banners.
