The Minnesota Twins partnering with Periscopesi is about to launch television commercials featuring centerfielder Torii Hunter and catcher Joe Mauer.



The creative is a take off from one of 1970’s soft drink ad featured by Mean Joe Greene and in the new version “Souvenir” Mauer while placing his sideburns on the face of the kid drinking water in style. The heartthrob seems is exited with the funny ad (along with the publicized sideburns).



The Twins Territory’s Gamer television commercial, the second one, has featured centerfielder Torii Hunter taking part in group games and dropping in on a young fan’s birthday party.



Radio ads are already on. Television advertising is about to start next week.
