I am a Domestic Violence Survivor and I dedicated my fight to all women everywhere. No matter where you are, or how you got there, you can change the circumstances of your life. No one can stop you from reaching your goals and finding happiness; no one except yourself. It doesn’t matter whether you are 15 or 50... You can take back control of your life and set a course down the path of your own choosing. Anyone who tells you differently is a liar.
Congratulations, Ms. Cowan. I salute your bravery. I wish for your message to echo the world over.
