XM finally rolls out major ad campaign

XM satellite radio
is all set to kick start its holiday push during prime time, loaded with the new ad campaign that includes network and cable TV, interactive, print direct marketing and retail. This is the first ad campaign created by the newly appointed ad agency Lowe New York for XM satellite radio. The ad has used tag line: ‘170 channels to find what turns you on. Are you on?’

However, this major ad campaign is of course a desperate attempt by the company as it has clearly lagged Sirius Satellite Radio in latest quarterly subscriber gains. As of now, XM is the leading company in the market with more than seven million subscribers.
